United Kingdom Delivery Time Guide

First Class post normally takes 2 - 5 working days.

Express Delivery (Attempted delivery within 2 working days) For all express deliveries you must provide an address where someone will be in to accept the parcel. see christmas posting schedule for more details.

Christmas Posting Schedule

The office is closed from Tuesday 23rd December at 12 noon until Sunday 28th December 2008 inclusive. All successful Express Deliveries and First Class orders received during this period will be processed on the Monday 29th December for dispatch. Express delivery parcels will then be delivered on 30th December, please ensure you list an delivery address where the parcel can be signed for.

Items are sent registered. Customer requiring a fast guaranteed service MUST use Express Delivery as we CANNOT guarantee timescales on first class post.

Items over 1kg may be sent via courier such as BUSINESS POST even if First class is selected.

If you have not received your UK order within 5 working days assume that the goods are awaiting your collection at your LOCAL Royal Mail sorting depot (do not rely on sorry you were out cards).

Customers who require goods urgently should always use "Express Delivery" as Royal Mail are unable to guarantee time-scales for first class post, especailly during peak periods.
